Moulin de Gassac's Guilhem Red is a blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 30% Carignan. It has aromas of black fruit and herbs, with notes of baked blackberry pie, nutmeg and cedar, and wet earth on the palate. The wine is medium bodied with a moderately tannic finish. Pair with herby dishes like seasonal salads, marinated meats, and spiced veggies.
