Rosa Mystica Cabernet Franc shows a hint of earthy mushroom on the nose, followed by vanilla as well as bright, fresh strawberries. The palate brings a pop of bright acidity, highlighted by tart red fruit, crushed gravel and roasted red pepper. Subtle cocoa and white pepper notes make for a delicious, lingering finish.
