Bousquet Reserve Organic Malbec is a Malbec made from selected parcels in Gualtallary. Harvesting is manual, with a brief cold maceration followed by controlled fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation. Part of the wine is aged for six months in second-use French oak, while the rest is kept in neutral vessels, achieving a precise balance between ripe fruit, structure, and a measured use of oak.
