The Jamaica pot still rum casks were selected for their citrus, floral and dark fruit notes. The Barbados rum brings light coconut, vanilla and toasted oak flavors to balance the floral, fruity notes of the Jamaica pot still rums. The column still Jamaica rum carries intense oak and spice notes after aging for two years in a toasted bourbon cask. Secondary aging of all four rums in bourbon casks ranged from a few months up to two years.

Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Light cedar and citrus overlaid with strong molasses / brown sugar notes.
- Palate: Opens with vanilla, citrus and light oak notes. In the mid-palate, the pot still Jamaica rum flavors emerge with some tart cranberry and light strawberry and raspberry notes. The finish offers toasted oak, brown sugar and a hint of baking spice.
